1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using Brawl Friends ("Service"), and establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the service provider.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the web services provided by Brawl Friends, including Brawl Stars statistics, guides, mini-games, etc.
  • "User" refers to anyone who uses the Service according to these Terms.
  • "Content" refers to all information provided within the Service, including text, images, games, etc.

3. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Service. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

4. Services Provided

The Service provides the following features:

  • Brawl Stars player statistics lookup
  • Brawler guides and strategy information
  • Mini-games and leaderboards
  • Quizzes and personality tests
  • Game news and update information

5. Service Changes and Interruptions

  • The Service may change its offerings due to operational or technical needs.
  • Service may be interrupted due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or system failures.
  • We will provide advance notice of service changes or interruptions when possible.

6. User Obligations

Users must not engage in the following:

  • Impersonating others or misusing their information
  • Interfering with normal service operations
  • Using the Service for illegal activities
  • Accessing the Service through automated means
  • Unauthorized copying or distribution of Service content
  • Manipulating mini-game scores through fraudulent means

7. Intellectual Property

  • Copyright of content within the Service belongs to the respective copyright holders.
  • Brawl Stars trademarks and images are property of Supercell Oy.
  • Users may only use Service content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimers

  • The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided through the Brawl Stars API.
  • We are not responsible for damages arising from user's use of the Service.
  • The Service has no official affiliation with Supercell.
  • Advertisements within the Service are provided by third parties, and the responsibility for ad content lies with the advertisers.

9. Liability

If a user violates these Terms and causes damage to the Service or third parties, that user is responsible for compensating for such damages.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes regarding these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • Disputes between the Service and users shall be resolved through mutual consultation.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be changed as necessary, and changes will be announced through the Service. If you do not agree to the changed Terms, you may discontinue use of the Service.

Effective Date

These Terms are effective from January 17, 2025.
